Plans

Here you will find information about your current plan, its expiration date and the word and image limit for a given billing period.

Below is also a list of all plans available in Eleo and the features available in them.

To upgrade your plan, click Downgrade or Upgrade, depending on which plan you choose. You can use the slider to change the plan display mode to monthly or annual.

If you downgrade, the change won't happen until your next month's bill - you won't lose your word or image limit by downgrading early.

Buy extra words/images

Additional packages are available in Standard, Pro and Pro Team plans.

In this tab, you can purchase additional packages of words and images in Eleo if you have already exhausted your limit in a given billing period. You can choose from:

• Word packages: 250 000, 500 000 or 1 000 000 words

• Image packages: 500, 1000 or 2000 images

To purchase the selected package, click Buy now. You will then be redirected to payment.

Invoices

In this tab you will find all your invoices for using Eleo tools. Here you can check the number, issue date, amount, and payment status of all invoices. If you need it, you can also download it to your device.

Update credit card

By clicking on this tab, you can enter your card or update the one you have previously saved on your Eleo account. To do this, complete the details and click Save card.

Redeem gift code

If you have an Eleo promotional code, you can use it here. Just type or paste it into the text box and click Redeem Code.
