The assistant proposed by Eleo provides quick and easy assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in 50 languages. You can place a chatbot not only in your online store to serve your customers, but also on any website or social media.
Upload avatar — click and select the file you want to upload on your device.
Name — give your Chatbot a name. It will be visible to you, but remember that after the user asks, the Chatbot may introduce itself with it.
Language — The chatbot can communicate in over 50 languages, depending on the language we address it in (when set to Auto option). If you select a specific language, the chatbot will respond only in that language.
Start with intro — enter a greeting that the chatbot will use to start each new conversation.
Instructions and context:
Add instructions for your chatbot to adhere to during conversations.
Add Your Story — select a previously created file to add information on which the Chatbot will base its responses. The added Your Story will take up the word limit for each customer's statement in a conversation with Chatbot.
To determine more detailed functions of your Eleo Chatbot, expand the list by clicking More options:
Model — choose one of the language models suited to the nature of your inquiry. More about the language models available in Eleo →
Tone — select the tone in which the Chatbot will conduct the conversation.
Additional options — select the ones you want to use in your Chatbot.
Decide where you want to publish your Chatbot. You have several options to choose from: Chat Forum, direct link, publication on the website, or a Telegram bot.
You can use only one or a few functions at the same time:
By choosing this option, you publish your Chatbot on the Chat Forum, which is accessible only to users of Eleo.
If the chatbot is published on the Chat Forum, usage costs are covered by the users, not the chatbot owner.
Who can see this chatbot — select from the list users or user groups that you want to have access to your chatbot. It can be just you, all Eleo users, or a group of people that you can create. Learn how to create your own user group →
Short description — describe your chatbot.
Description — determine how your chatbot can be used.
Category — select a category from the list where you want to publish your chatbot.
Custom link — click to create your own link to your chatbot.
By choosing this option, you create your own web address for your chatbot, which will be accessible to anyone who has the link generated here.
The words used by the chatbot published via a direct link will be charged to your account. After the words in the chatbot plan are used up, or it reaches the usage limit set by you, the chatbot will stop conversing. It will inform the user that it is inactive, and you will receive an email.
To reactivate the chatbot, upgrade your plan or buy additional word packages.
Monthly word limit — set the word limit that your chatbot can use during all conversations in a given billing cycle.
Custom link — select this option to create your own link to your chatbot.
By choosing this option, you create a chatbot for your website and embed it there directly.
The words used by the chatbot published on a website will be charged to your account. After the words in the chatbot plan are used up, or it reaches the usage limit set by you, the chatbot will stop conversing. It will inform the user that it is inactive, and you will receive an email.
To reactivate the chatbot, upgrade your plan or buy additional word packages.
Upload chat icon — click and select an image from your device that will serve as the chat icon.
Width and height of the conversation window — specify what dimensions the chat window is supposed to have.
Chatbot icon alignment on your website — specify the location on the page where the chatbot icon is to be placed.
Monthly word limit for chatbot use — set a word limit that the chatbot can use during all conversations in each billing cycle.
Your website URL(s) — enter the links to your websites where you want to publish the chatbot.
Chatbot code to paste on your website — copy the generated code and place it in the code of your website to launch the Eleo chatbot.
The words used by the chatbot published on Telegram will be charged to your account. After the words in the chatbot plan are used up, or it reaches the usage limit set by you, the chatbot will stop conversing. It will inform the user that it is inactive, and you will receive an email.
To reactivate the chatbot, upgrade your plan or buy additional word packages.
Monthly word limit for chatbot use — set the word limit that your chatbot can use during all conversations in a given billing period.
Telegram bot token — enter or paste the generated URL for your Telegram bot.

SAVE AS DRAFT — click to save the filled-out form as a template.
PUBLISH — click to publish your chatbot.
Each request to the chatbot generates a certain cost in words. It includes multiple components, such as attachments, AI model, and chat history.
How do we count words in chatbots →
Depending on the place of publication, the costs of conversations with chatbots are charged to the chatbot's owner, or the user conducting a conversation.
The user pays in chatbots published on the Chat Forum
The owner pays in chatbots published under the direct link, on a webpage, and Telegram. The owner can set a word limit for the chatbot to be used by the users. When the limit is exceeded
the chatbot will inform the users, that it is inactive,
the owner will receive an email with proper information,
to reactivate the chatbot, the owner has to upgrade his plan or buy additional word packages.
Click on the Chatbots tab.
Choose My Chatbots.
Hover your cursor over the Chatbot you want to modify.
Click Edit.
Make changes to the form.
Click Publish Changes.
Click on the Chatbots tab.
Choose My Chatbots.
Find an unused template and hover over it with the cursor.
Enhance — click to get a suggestion from Eleo based on the text you entered, which allows you to obtain higher quality descriptions.
Voice — choose the voice from the list that the Chatbot will use. Click to listen.
Enhance — click to get a proposal from Eleo based on the text you entered, which allows you to achieve higher quality descriptions.
